  1. Before the assignment

    Your calendar becomes your shift list

    Connect Google Calendar or Outlook with read-only access. DrSheet picks out the events that look like shifts, sets aside travel, CME and personal plans, and asks you to accept or ignore the rest.

    • Nothing becomes a shift until you accept it.
    • Ignore an event, a title or a whole series once, and it stays ignored.
    • Moved or cancelled shifts update themselves, and you hear about it if receipts were linked.

  2. During the assignment

    Receipts in seconds

    Capture a receipt the way it arrives, between patients or at the airport gate.

    Photograph a paper receipt. DrSheet reads the merchant, date and total, and flags any field it isn't sure about for you to check.

    Send hotel folios and airline emails to your personal DrSheet address. Only senders you've approved get through.

    Matched to the shift, tracked until paid

    DrSheet suggests the shift each receipt belongs to, so filing it is one tap. Split a hotel stay across shifts, mark what's reimbursable, personal or tax-deductible, and follow each receipt from submitted to reimbursed.

    • Log mileage at the IRS rate and estimate GSA per diem for each assignment.
    • Send a PDF or CSV expense report, receipt images included.

  4. At tax time

    Locums file in every state they work in. DrSheet already knows where you worked and what you spent there.

    • Tax summary grouped by Schedule C line, with meals at 50%.
    • Work days and expenses by state, for your non-resident returns.
    • An accountant package: summaries, mileage log and every receipt, as one PDF or CSV.

Your ledger stays on your phone

Shifts, receipts and photos are stored on your device, not in our cloud. Our server only handles the parts that need one: reading receipt images, receiving forwarded email and relaying calendar change alerts.

  • Read-only calendar access

    DrSheet asks Google and Microsoft for read-only calendar scopes. It can see your events. It can't create, change or delete them.

  • Encrypted on device

    Your data and receipt photos are encrypted with AES-256. The key lives in your phone's secure keychain.

  • Face ID lock

    Turn on the app lock to require Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or your passcode whenever DrSheet opens.

  • Export or delete anytime

    Export everything as a file whenever you like. Deleting your account erases your data from your phone and our server.

Questions

Does it work with my staffing agency?

Yes. DrSheet isn't tied to any agency. Agency apps only track their own assignments; DrSheet keeps every assignment, agency and hospital in one place, and exports reports you can submit anywhere.

Which calendars can I connect?

Google Calendar and Outlook. You choose which calendars DrSheet reads, and you can add shifts by hand if your schedule lives somewhere else.

Will it add shifts without asking me?

No. Every calendar event DrSheet finds waits for you to accept or ignore it. The same goes for receipts: fields it reads with low confidence must be checked before the receipt is saved.

Does DrSheet read my email?

No. It only sees messages you forward to your personal DrSheet address, and only from senders you've approved.

What happens if I get a new phone?

Your data lives on your device, so export it before switching. Sync across devices isn't available yet.

Is the tax summary tax advice?

No. It organizes your records the way accountants commonly ask for them. Confirm everything with your tax professional before filing.
